摘  要:以稀土氯化物、钼酸钠和2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶为原料,制备了一类新型稀土三元配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重-差热分析、透射电子显微镜及X射线粉末衍射等手段对配合物进行了表征,确定了该类配合物的化学组成为:RE3(ADP)(MoO4)2(CH3OH)4Cl5·2H2O(RE=La3+,Sm3+,Y3+,Er3+,ADP=2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶)。抗菌实验结果表明,稀土三元配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用,属于广谱抗菌剂。用四甲基偶氮唑蓝微量酶反应比色法(MTT)法初步研究了三元配合物的抗癌能力,结果证明其具有使癌细胞凋亡的效果。Novel ternary complexes of rare earths ions (La^3+, Sm^3+, y^3+, Er^3+) with sodium molybdate and 2-amino-4, 6-dimethoxypyrimidine were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-VIS,TG-DTA, TEM and XRD, respectively. The formulas of the complexes were confirmed to be RE3 (ADP) ( MoO4 )2 ( CH3OH)4Cl5·2H2O ( RE = La^3+, Sm^3+, y^3+, Er^3+, ADP). The antibacterial activity testing showed that all the complexes exhibited antibacterial ability against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The antimicrobial spectra of the complexes were broad. The methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) was used to study the anticancer ability of the complex, which indicated that the cancer cells were withered by the complexes.
