摘  要:目的探讨地震灾区卫生防病应急处置对策,提高应急管理能力。方法系统收集黔南州赴川抗震救灾防病工作队历时2个月在四川省彭州市龙门山镇开展灾后卫生防病应急处置工作情况进行综合分析与评价。结果所辖区域未发现群体性疾病和可疑传染病例。结论地震后灾区卫生防病现场应急处置工作,集疾病控制、消毒杀虫、监测检验、卫生监督、医疗救治、后勤保障等为一体,应用描述流行病学、分析流行病学、评价流行病学进行调查研究,及时、准确地评估事件的危害程度和卫生需求,科学制订预防控制措施并加以组织实施,涉及面广,技术含量高,要求队员不仅要具备较强的专业知识和技能,而且要熟悉相关专业,同时还要有健康的身体和较强的社会适应能力。Objective To discuss the disposal of contingency countermeasures after the earthquake stricken areas of health and disease prevention and improve emergency management capabilities. Methods The data from preventive work in the town of Longmenshan of Pengzhou city, was systematically collected during Sichuan earthquake relief task for 2 months .The analysis and evaluation was carried nut on health emergency disease prevention work post-disaster. Results No cases of groups of diseases and suspicious of infectious diseases in the regional of jurisdiction. Conclusion The disposal of urgent work in the earthquake stricken areas involved health and disease prevention and control, disinfection, pesticides, monitoring tests, health monitoring, medical treatment and logistics support for one. The descriptive epidemiological, analytical epidemiological and evaluation of epidemiological methods were used for investigate and research. To develop prevention and control measures scientifically and imple, mentation of the organization. It covers a wide range and a high technology, not only require players to have more professional knowledge and skills, but also familiar with the relevant professional ,a healthy body and a stronger social adjustment capability.
