摘 要:对焦炭进行反应性及反应后强度试验时,采用3种不同的方式制备焦炭试样,发现采用颚式破碎机破碎与手工修整相结合方式制样,更符合制样的实际情况,比GB/T 4000-1996制样方式更能满足高温反应对试样要求,能稳定的反映焦炭的CRI及CSR,试验重复性好;同时缩小试样粒度控制范围也有利于提高试验结果精密度。Three different methods have been adopted for preparation of the coke specimen in order to examine the strength of coke in and after reaction. Results show that adoption of the breaking method using the jaw type breaker in combination with manual trimming is more appropriate and more in agreement with the practical conditions. In comparison with the "GB/T 4000--1996" the coke specimen preparation method, this new method can even better meet the requirements of the high temperature reaction for the specimen and can reflect the CRI and CSR of the coke consistently and is of higher experimental reproducibility. In the meanwhile reduction of the control range of the granularity of the specimen is more beneficial to the improvement in the accuracy of the experiment results.
