摘　　要：循环经济是先进科技支撑下的经济,前提是科技创新,核心是经济发展,目标是社会和谐,是大系统理论指导下的社会、经济、科技和环境的有机结合。循环经济理论指导下的县域经济协同发展是指县域经济内在性、整体性和综合性的发展聚合,以达到一种县域内外高度和谐的协调发展高级阶段为最终目的。发展县域循环经济,需要了解县域的具体情况。县域经济协同发展成熟度模型是在循环经济理论的指导下提出的,文章详细介绍了评价县域经济协同发展的指标体系和评价方法,支持从时间和空间两个维度对县域经济协同发展情况进行定位,有利于辅助县域相关政策的制定和推动县域经济的良性发展。Circular economy is built on advanced science and technology. With scientific and technological innovation being its prerequisite, economic development being its core and social harmony being its goal, circular economy is the organic integration of the society, economy, science and technology and environment. Synergetic economic development in Chinese county territory under the guidance of circular economics implies the unity of the various aspects of development and aims at an advanced stage of harmonious economic development. The development of circular economy requires a thorough understanding of the particulars of a country territory. The model of synergetic maturity within country territory is put forward in light of circular economic theories. This paper details the indices and the methods for evaluating synergetic maturity within country territory and argues that the evaluation should be done from both the temporal and the spatial dimensions. Our findings are useful to policy formation and consequently help to promote the sound economic development within a county territory.
