摘　　要：针对目前有载开关测试存在的测量速度慢、同期性不佳、波形显示及数据处理不直观等问题,设计了基于USB接口的变压器有载开关测试仪。使用ADI公司推出的用于电力测量的A/D转换器AD7656实现6路三相同时采样,采用Microchip公司自带USB模块的PIC18F4550单片机传输数据,利用LabVIEW在便携PC机上进行数据处理和波形显示。试验表明设计的有载开关测试仪提高了测量速度,改善了测量同期性,并且提供了更加灵活友好的人机交互方式。Aim at the problems of slow measure speed, unsatisfaction synchronization and intuitionistic wave display of the traditional detecting parameters of on - load tap - changers in transformer, designed a new detector based on USB interface. Use the latest product AD7656 of ADI for electric power measuring to fulfill 6 channel and 3 phase synchronized measurement, adopt PIC18F4550 of Microchip company which integrate USB interface to transmit data, use LabVIEW to display wave and process data. The result of experiment expressed that this device had enhanced the measuring speed, improves the quality of corresponding period and reduces the system errors.
