摘　　要：家电类产品批量大、工作环境与人密切相关,对可靠性的要求高。为了解决人工测试中存在的问题,设计了基于虚拟仪器的家电类控制器软件测试平台。平台输出激励信号模拟控制器的真实工作状态驱动控制器运行,接收并存储反馈信号以完成软件的功能测试。平台以数据库为核心,提供自动和手动两种测试方式,能存储长时段测试数据,回放测试过程,并能对结果进行自动分析和判断。现场使用结果验证了平台的有效性,能完成一大类控制器软件的功能测试。High reliability was needed for household electrical appliances because their working areas close to people and had volume - production characteristic. In order to solve the problems in manual test, a software test platform, based on virtual instrument, was designed for household electrical appliances. It output signals to simulate the working condition and drive the controller,and received and stored the feedback signals to test the functionalities of the controller＇s software. Database was the core of the platform that implemented two modes, automatic test and manual test. Test results were stored, could be checked backwards ,and could be analyzed and estimated automatically. The field experiments proved that this platform was applicable to test the software functionalities of household electrical appliances.
