摘 要:为了提高城市停车设施建设和管理效果,论文以国内外多个城市和区域的交通调查和数据分析为基础,分别对路内外停车设施的车辆停放时长、停车周转率、停车时间分布、车辆停放目的、停车者行为决策以及停车费用敏感度等6个方面进行对比分析。研究结果表明,路内停车泊位利用效率明显高于路外停车设施,路内外停车设施服务的主要停车目的存在显著的差异性。步行距离、车辆停放安全性和收费价格是影响停车选择的重要因素,而当提高路内停车收费价格后,将会显著增加停车者选择路外停车场的比例。To improve the planning and management of urban parking facilities, the characteristics of on-street and off-street parking facilities with their relationship are investigated based on analysis of parking survey data in this paper. Six aspects of parking including parking duration, turnover, parking time distribution, park purpose, driver's parking behavior and effects of changeable parking fee are used to distinguish the difference between the utility of on-street and off-street park. The results show that firstly the utility of on-street parking facilities is higher than that of off-street parking facilities. Secondly, drivers select different types of parking facilities to park largely depend on their travel purposes, Thirdly, walking distance from the park to destination, parking safety and parking fee are the top factors that can change parking behaviors, and finally the change of on-street park fee can evidently induce drivers to select off-street park.
