高校教务管理中的QQ辅助办公与和谐校园构建

摘　　要：随着网络的迅猛发展,QQ的众多功能在高校教务管理的实际工作中得到广泛应用。调查显示,使用QQ辅助办公的人群越来越多,QQ辅助办公的用途、影响力、赞同度不断扩大。QQ为高校教务管理带来诸多便利,如快速传递各类文件,收发教学信息,加强团队沟通交流,节约办公时间、人力等。同时,QQ也为个体发展、团体和谐及校园和谐带来了积极意义。Along with the rapid development of network,the various functions of QQ have been widely applied to the practical work of the educational administration.The investigation shows that more and more people use QQ to assist office work.The usage,influence and approval of QQ-assisted office work expand increasingly.QQ brings much convenience in educational administration in universities and colleges,such as transmitting documents,sending and receiving teaching messages,strengthening communication of teams,and saving the office hours and manpower.At the same time,QQ has positive meaning for individual development,team harmony,and campus harmony.
