水滑石衍生固体碱催化制备生物柴油的研究

摘　　要：采用共沉淀法制备了一系列Mg/Al水滑石,并以此为前体经焙烧制得其衍生固体碱,对该类催化剂催化菜籽油和甲醇酯交换反应制备生物柴油的性能进行了研究。考察了催化剂的焙烧温度、Mg/Al比例等制备条件以及酯交换反应中醇油比和反应温度等条件对反应的影响。Various Mg/Al hydrotalcites prepared by conventional co-precipitate method were used as precursors of solid base catalysts in the transesterification reaction for preparation of biodiesel using rap oil and methanol. Preparation conditions, including molar ratio of Mg to Al and calcination temperature were studied. Moreover, the effects of reaction parameters such as molar ratio ofoil to methanol and reaction temperature on ester yield were also studied.
