摘 要:聚丙烯酸钠有着广阔的应用前景,高分子聚丙烯酸钠在食品添加剂,铝土矿赤泥料浆的絮凝沉降,动植物蛋白废水的处理等方面都有独特的应用。文章以制备水溶性高分子量的聚丙烯酸钠为目标,研究丙烯酸钠的水溶液聚合工艺,探讨通氮气时间、压力,引发温度、水浴温度、胶体容器形状、烘干温度等因素对聚合程度及产品分子量的影响,为水溶性高分子量的聚丙烯酸钠的工业化生产提供基础。Sodium polyacrylate illustrates had a good prospect of application, and it had unique use in food addition, flocculation sedimentation of baeyer red mud slurry, treating waste-water of animals and plants protein, etc. Aiming at preparing water-soluble PAANa, polymerization technology was investigated, and the influence of nitrogen ventilating time, nitrogen pressure, induced temperature, water bathing temperature, shape of colloid container, drying temperature on the polymerizing degree and molecular weight of sample was discussed, offering groundwork for preparation of water-soluble PAANa in industrialisation scale.
