摘  要:精制棉废水呈碱性,成分复杂,含有难生物降解的物质,CODCr值及色度均高,属于难处理高浓度有机废水。精制棉废水先宜进行物化处理:调pH到3左右,加进助凝剂,用压缩空气搅拌,经气浮沉淀色度降低70%以上,CODCr降低50%以上。经物化处理后,进行生化处理;生化处理段宜采用厌氧+好氧工艺,厌氧池前宜设水解酸化池,以提高厌氧池处理效能;好氧处理段可采用活性污泥法+生物接触氧化法。根据实践在厌氧段采用底负荷,可大大提高水解酸化池和厌氧池处理效率。Refined cotton wastewater is alkaline water containing complicated Components including some unbiodegradable material. Chroma and CODcr of refined cotton wastewater are high, and it is difficult to deal with it. It is appropriate for refined cotton wastewater to be treated by physico-chemieal methods firstly pH value is adjusted to 3 or so adding flocculant+ with compressed air agitation, the precipitate flotation. After the physico-chemical process, chroma will be reduced more than 70 %, and CODer more than 50 %. Biological treatment can be carried out after the physico-chemical treatment, containing anaerobic and aerobic process. Hydrolysis-acidification pond may be established before anaerobic pond in order to enhance effectiveness of anaerobic section. Aerobic process may include activated sludge method and bio-contact oxidation method. In accordance with the practices, the end load in anaerobic process can greatly improve the efficiency of anaerobic and hydrolysis-acidification pools.
