摘　　要：采用天然腰果加工后余下的腰果壳提炼的油作为主要原料,和甲醛、颜填料、助剂以及溶剂等调制成了腰果壳油调合漆,研究了生产过程中合成腰果酚醛树脂的最佳反应温度、腰果酚醛树脂最佳粘度、腰果壳油和甲醛的比例以及不同催干剂加入量对调合漆性能的影响。Ready-mixed paint in the paper was made by formaldehyde, color filler, additives, solvent and cashew shell oil extracted from cashew shell which was the residue of crude cashew. The optimum synthesis reaction temperature and the optimum viscosity value of cashew phenol-formaldehyde resin, the proportion of cashew shell oil and formaldehyde and the effect of drier adding amount on the performance of the Ready-mixed paint were studied.
