摘　　要：文章用水溶性的偶氮引发剂2,2'-偶氮二(2-脒基丙烷)二盐酸盐(AAPH)引发亚油酸的过氧化,用氧气吸收法研究了维生素E,维生素C及其脂溶性衍生物6-辛酸抗坏血酸酯(VC-8),6-月桂酸抗坏血酸酯(VC-12)和6-棕榈酸抗坏血酸酯(VC-16)在人工双层膜二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)中对亚油酸过氧化的抗氧化作用。讨论了抗氧化剂的亲脂性对抗氧化活性的影响。The antioxidative effect of tocopherol （VE）, ascorbic acid （VC） and its lipophilic derivatives ascorbyl-6-caprylate （VC-8）, 6-1aurate （VC-12） and 6-palmitate （VC-16） against the peroxidation of linoleic acid was studied in dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine （DPPC） bilayer. The peroxidation was initiated thermally by the water soluble initiator 2,2＇-azobis（2-amidinopropane） dihydrochloride （AAPH）. The reaction kinetics was studied by monitoring the oxygen uptake. The impact of lipophilicity of antioxidants on their antioxidative activities was also studied.
