摘　　要：目的探讨野战条件下火器伤伤员医院感染有效控制措施。方法通过对战时火器伤相关资料的收集和研究,结合临床工作实践经验,制预防控制措施。结果为有效降低火器伤致残率和致死率提供参考。结论加强火器伤伤员医院感染的早期干预和控制,对确保部队战斗力具有十分重要的意义。Objective To discuss effective methods of nosocomail infection about firearm wound under field condition to control nosocomail infection. Methods In order to lay down measures for the data related to hospital infection of firearm wound is collected and clinical practice is combined. Results It can provide reference material for decreasing disability rate and causing death rate by prevention and control infection of firearm wound effectively. Conclusion Though enhancing prevention and control nosocomall infection about firearm wound, it has a great important significance to ensure fighting capacity of army.
