摘　　要：目的测定驱蚊新药羟哌酯的药效;方法按照GB/T 17322.10-1998方法对其进行实验室和现场药效测试;结果实验室药效测试20%羟哌酯0.240 mg/cm2剂量,对白纹伊蚊有效保护时间为11h,现场应用对蚊虫有效保护时间为9h;结论羟哌酯驱避剂性质稳定,驱蚊效果好,使用安全,具有很好的应用前景。Objective To evaluate the repellency of new repellent Bayrepel against mosquito vectors. Methods Efficacy test of Bayrepel was conducted by GB/T 17322. 10 - 1998. Results Laboratory tests showed that the protection time of 20% Bayrepel was 11 h against Aedes albopictus with the quantity of 0. 240 mg/cm2 , field evaluations showed that the protection time of 20% Bayrepel was 9h against mosquitoes. Conclusion Bayrepel is an ideal repellent substance with highly stable , long lasting effect , low toxic , has a good prospect.
