摘　　要：以鄂豫皖老区三省七县小城镇1260名居民为研究对象,对老区小城镇居民体育活动、体育态度、体育需求和体育消费现状等进行问卷调查与分析。在此基础上,提出现阶段老区小城镇群众体育的发展对策及运作模式。Taking 1260 citizens of E -Yu -Wan Soviet Area as study object, designs some questionnaires on the time arrangement of their bodybuilding activities, the sphere of holding such activities, the content, organization. Such questionnaires are sent to some certain groups of people and the results are carefully analyzed. Based on the above, brings forth the strategy of development and the operational mode for the present mass sports of E - Yu - Wan Soviet Area.
