摘　　要：目的探讨口腔诊室环境对消毒效果的影响因素,找出危险因素,提出控制措施。方法以整体抽样的方法,采集广州市82家医院口腔科和口腔诊所消毒检测结果,主要包括空气消毒后取样监测、物体表面消毒后取样监测、无菌消毒液污染取样监测三项指标,探讨口腔诊室环境与消毒效果之间的关系,然后用Logistic回归分析方法对影响消毒效果的危险因素进行分析。结果影响空气消毒效果监测结果的危险因素:医疗用房面积(P<0.05),有无污染区、清洁区、休息区的划分(P<0.01),有无用含氯消毒液拖地、擦桌面(P<0.01),消毒液的浓度是否标准(P<0.05);影响物体表面消毒效果监测结果的危险因素:有无用含氯消毒液拖地、擦桌面(P<0.01),消毒液更换时间是否正确(P<0.01);影响无菌消毒液污染监测结果的危险因素:消毒液的浓度是否标准(P<0.001),消毒液更换时间是否正确(P<0.05)。结论诊疗用房面积大小、诊疗设备多寡、消毒方式及医院或口腔诊所是否有严格的消毒管理制度直接影响口腔科消毒效果。Objective To investigate the environmental factors affecting the efficacy of disinfection in the oral consulting rooms, and to identify the risk factors for the improvement preventive measures. Method Results from the disinfection tests in 82 oral consulting rooms in Guangzhou were collected. These include the air samples, surface swaps after disinfection and disinfectant. Logistic regression analysis was used to analysis the factors affecting the disinfection efficiency. Result Factors affecting the efficiency of air disinfection included the size of clinic （P〈0.05）, physical separation of the contaminated area, clean area and resting area （P〈0.01）, using chlorine disinfectant for mops and desks disinfection （P〈0.01） and concentration of disinfectant （P〈0.05）. Factors affecting the efficiency of surface disinfection included using chlorine disinfectant for mops and desks disinfection （P〈0.01） and frequency of disinfectant replacement （P〈0.01）. Factors affecting the efficacy of sterile disinfectant included the concentration of disinfectant （P〈 0.001） and the frequency of replacement of the disinfectant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The size of the clinic, the amount of equipment, disinfection methods, the hospital management system are all the risk factors affecting the effects of disinfection.
