摘　　要：目的评价沿海开发城市钦州市钦南区在历经多次行政区域划分后近28年的疟疾防治效果。方法收集、整理、统计、分析该地区近28年疟疾防治的各种资料。采用Excel统计软件进行统计分析。结果该地区属多种疟原虫混合流行的高疟区,80年代初开始与周边的县市进行疟疾联防,1988年发病率已控制在1/10万以下,至今仍未发现内源性疟疾病例。结论在行政区域划分反复变更的地区实施疟疾联防,同样能有效控制疟疾的流行,使其达到卫生部基本消除标准。Objective To evaluate the control of malaria during last 28 years in Qinnan administrative division which boundary line had been modified several times from Qinzhou coastal city. Method The data on malaria control during last 28 years in Qinnan district was collected and analyzed. Excel statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Result Qinnan administrative division was a hyper endemic area with a mix of multi-species of malaria in 1953, with the incidence of 535.70 per 10000. Since 1980 the Qinnan district had been cooperating with suronding administrative districts in the control of malaria. The malaria incidence was controlled under 1 per 100000 in 1998, and no local case was reported since then. Conclusion Malaria could be fully controlled and reached the requirement of Chinese Ministry of Health for the basic elimination of malaria even in those administrative division which boundary line had been modified several times by cooperating with the surrounding adminstrative districts.
