摘　　要：在中国近代史上,长江口岸贸易与城市近代化有着密切的联系。长江口岸城市的对外开放,推动了口岸城市近代化的进程。口岸贸易与城市近代化发展问题研究具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。In modem history of China, there is close relation between Yangtze River port trade and urban modernization. The openness of Yangtze River port cities promotes the modernization process of port cities. This paper discusses theoretical and real significance of development researches into port trade and urban modernization, and briefly expounds the research situation of aca- demic circle on the relation between Yangtze River port trade and urban modernization in order to help historic workers to under- stand previous research results and to provide a platform for further research.
