摘　　要：介绍了双辊法铸造硅钢薄带的工艺,研究了Fe-3%Si(wt)合金的铸轧工艺.指出经适当处理后铸带具有较好的冷轧性、轧后热处理获得良好织构.This paper introduces the process of silicon steel strip by the twin -roll casting. The casting process of Fe -3%Si(ut) alloy is studied. Dimensions of the cast strip is (1. 5~3) × 150mm. Fine equiaxed crystal zone grows from the top and bottom surfaces, while the strip has a coarse equiaxed crystal zone at the center. The cast strip can be cold -rolled through proper handling and is oriented texture form after heat-treatment.
