摘 要:通钢烧结厂通过实施小球烧结工艺改造,包括:生石灰配消系统改造;延长混料时间、提高混料筒倾角;在一混和二混之间增设制粒机;制粒机加水管改造;矿槽、漏斗加尼龙衬板、防止粘料;实施燃料分加;小矿槽通蒸汽预热混合料和应用多辊布料等,使烧结机利用系数由1.641t/(m2.h)提高到1.983t/(m2.h),同时能耗降低,烧结矿质量改善,取得了显著的经济效益。By implementation of pellet sintering process modifications in Tongsteel sintering plant,such as modifying the quicklime hydration system,extending the mixing time,increaslng the mixing drum inclination,adding the granulator between the first mixer and the second mixer, modifying water addition pipe for the granulator, adding nylon liner to the mixture bin and chute, using divided fuel addition,preheating the mixture in the surge bin by steam and adopting multi-roller feeder etc., the sinter plant productivity was increased from 1.641 t/m^2· h to 1.983 t/m^2· h, the energy consumption was reduced,sinter quality was improved and the remarkable economic efficiency was gained.
