摘　　要：分析确定了合金白口铸铁件浇冒口系统计算的数学式与系数范围，编制了计算机辅助设计（ＣＡＤ）的框图及程序，并根据计算结果绘制了浇冒口系统的三视图和有关剖面图。研究结果表明，该程序具有使用方便、计算结果准确可靠、运算及绘图速度快等特点，而且提高了铸件工艺出口率，具有明显的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。Abstract The gating and riser system formular and coefficient range of alloy white cast iron have been analysed with frame and programme drawn up as well as the three views of gating system and the view of related profile based on calculated results.This programme has been proven to be able to increase technological product ratio with characteristics of easy use and accuracy and reliability of calculated results and fast speed of drawing.It will have an evident benifit and bright application future.
