摘　　要：当前大学生在学业、就业等方面存在多种诚信缺失现象,诚信状况令人担忧。诚信教育是班主任做好学生思想教育工作的中心环节,是抓好班级学风建设的基础,也是做好班级管理工作的前提。在大学生诚信教育体系中,班主任工作更具有针对性和具体性,经常性和持续性,以及实效性。因此,必须在班主任工作中全面强化诚信教育,把诚信教育渗透在学生思想教育工作中,渗透在班级管理制度中,渗透在班级活动中,渗透在与学生的交往中。At present, it＇s easy to find the phenomenon of lacking honesty and trust in the aspects of study and employment for the college students, which is worrisome. The honesty and trust education is the core work for the class teacher to complete ideological education, and it is the foundation for the teachers to make great effort to the construction of the style of study of the class, and the premise of the class management. In the college student＇s honesty and trusty education system, the work for the class teacher is of more cleartarget, concrete, frequent ,continuous and actually effective. Therefore to strengthen honesty and trust education comprehensively in the work of class teacher is to infiltrate it into the student＇s ideological education, the class management system,the class activities,and communication with the students.
