摘  要:在分析了安钢实施连铸坯热送热装技术有利条件的基础上,简要介绍了安钢连铸方坯热送热装工程的设计内容,及保证实现该工程所采取的管理措施。热送热装工程实施后,铸坯平均入炉温度为500~662℃,节能38.15%,热装率可达100%。This paper analyses the favorable conditions of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.to carry out hot delivery and hot charge of continuous cast billet. It simply introduces the design contents of the enginnering of hot delivery and hot charge of continuous cast billet in Anyang Iron and Steel Co. and the measures taken to guarantee to realize the engineering. After carrying out the hot delivery and hot charge, the average charge temperature of cast billets is 500~662℃, energy is saved by 38.15%, hot delivery rate is 100%, and obvious economic benefit has been made.
