摘  要:目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定水杨酸醇溶液中水杨酸的含量。方法以Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(58∶42)为流动相,检测波长为298nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果水杨酸进样量在0.16~0.80μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000(n=6),平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为0.2%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,可用于水杨酸醇溶液中水杨酸的含量测定。Objective To develop a HPLC method for determining the content of salicylic acid in Salicylic Acid Alcoholic Solution. Methods The determination was performed on the Eclipse XDB C18 column, using methylalcohol-0. 4% phosphoric acid solution(58:42)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength at 298 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linear relation of the peak area of salicylic acid was determined as 0.16-0.80 μg by HPLC with the regression coefficient of 1. 000 0 and the average recovery rate of 99.51%, RSD = 0. 2% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining salicylic acid in Salicylic Acid Alcoholic Solution.
