摘  要:武钢热轧厂在设备老化、产品厚度精度下降的情况下,对AGC控制模型及参数进行了分析与修改,通过采用缩小允许锁定偏差值计算式中的α值,调整GM方式AGC用比例因子值,增加调节量与X射线厚度偏差矛盾值的判断程序,适当放大X射线厚度偏差值等措施,提高了厚度精度,带来了可观的经济效益。In the case of equipment aging and product thickness precision decreasing, the hot rolling plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co. analyzes and modifies the AGC control model and its parameters. Through taking some measures such as reducing the value of α in the computation expression of allowable locked difference, adjusting GM mode to make AGC employ the value of proportional factor, increasing the judging degree of the contradiction value between the adjustment amount and X-ray thickness difference, and properly amplifying X-ray thickness difference, the thickness precision is improved and obvious economic benefit is made.
