摘  要:目的探讨唾液生化检测对口干症的初步临床诊断作用。方法采用吐唾法分别采集30例口干症患者和30例健康人非刺激性混合唾液,测定唾液流率、pH值,使用全自动生化分析仪检测Na+、K+浓度,计算Na+/K+及单位时间分泌总量,并进行t检验。结果口干症病例组的唾液流率、pH值、K+单位时间分泌总量明显低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而Na+、K+浓度和Na+/K+比值明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唾液检测作为一种简便、无创的检查手段,对口干症的早期初步诊断具有一定临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnosis of salivary biochemistry detection for xerostomia. Methods Non-stimulated saliva of 30 xerostomia cases and 30 normal control cases were collected by standard procedure. The pH of saliva was measured by pH meter. Sodium and potassium concentration were tested by Automatic Chemistry Analyzer. Sodium-potassium ration and total value of potassium secretion per minute of saliva were calculated and t-test was conducted for statistic analysis. Results The salivary flowing rate,pH value and total value of sodium and potassium secretion per minute were significantly reduced in case groups(P〈0.05), while the salivary concentrations of sodium, potassium and sodium-potassium ratio were significantly elevated in case groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion As a simple and non-cutting method,salivary biochemistry detection may be recommended as a early diagnosis test for xerostomia.
