潜艇艇员社会支持的心理社会应激因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨影响潜艇艇员社会支持的心理社会应激因素。方法对460名潜艇艇员进行量表测评,包括领悟社会支持量表、艾森克人格问卷、生活事件量表和症状自评量表,数据采用SPSS15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果潜艇艇员社会支持与其个性特征、生活事件、心理健康等心理社会应激因素存在显著相关性。多元逐步回归分析显示,对社会支持影响较大的依次为精神质、内外向、忧郁和正性社交其他事件(标准回归系数依次为-0.439,0.188,-0.146,0.109)。结论潜艇艇员社会支持受个性特征、心理健康及生活事件等多因素的影响。Objective To study the psycho-social stress factors of social support in submariners. Methods Four hundred and sixty submariners were evaluated by Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS）, Eysenck＇s Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, Life Event Scale （LES） and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Data were analyzed using SPSS15.0. Results There was significant relationship between submariners＇ social support and personality, life event, mental health. Multiple correlation regression analysis indicated that psychoticism, extraversion, depression and positive social events were main factors that affected social support of submariners（the standardized coefficients were -0. 439,0. 188, -0. 146,0. 109 respestively）. Conclusion The personality, mental health and life event have significant influence on submariners＇ social support.
