摘　　要：介绍了一种新型大功率直流弧焊电源。该电源采用了六相半波可控整流电路。采用变结构控制方法对电源外特性进行切换和控制。该电源可以用于手工电弧焊、药芯焊丝焊接及CO2焊接等。A new kind of high-power DC arc wclding power source is introduced. Six-phase half wase controlled retifier circuit is used in the power source. The external characteristic of the power source is varied and controlled by using variable stracture control method. It is used in SMAW, FCAW, CO2 arc welding and so on.
