青海部分地区糖尿病患病情况的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究:①我省糖尿病及糖调节受损的患病情况;②我省糖尿病患病率的影响因素;③不同民族糖尿病患病调查。方法:采用了随机横断面调查方法,对青海地区当地常住成年人共4864人进行流行病学调查。结果:糖尿病患病率4.8%,糖调节受损患病率3.7%。结论:此次调查糖调节受损的患病率与糖尿病患病率较1981年青海地区20岁以上成年人调查明显增高。生活地区海拔高度的不同和民族差别对糖尿病流行的影响相对较小。Objective：To understand the prevalence, Impaired glucose regulation （IGR） and its influencing factors of diabetes in different ethnic and life styles, in the last 30 years in Qinghai Province. Method： 4 864 eligible adults who have been living in various part of Qinghai, were recruited in this study. All par- tieipants were assessed by the epidemiology investigation using the stochastic cross section investigation method. Results：4. 8% （233 vs 4 864） and 3. 7% （137 vs 4 864） of 4 864 participants, respectively, had the diabetes and IGR. Conclusions： It is showed that the prevalence rate of IGR and the diabetes are obviously increased in the last 30 years as compared with those in adults over age of 20 in 1981 in Qinghai area （such as Hainan state, Huangyuan County and Xining city）. The abdomen obese, age over 45 tears, hypertension and diabetes family history are primary risk factors for occurrence of diabetes. Especially, the level of a regional economic development and the transformation of life style are possibly the main reasons, but the different altitude elevation and ethnic may be not a relative factor of influencing significantly prevalence of diabetes.
