摘　　要：树立正确的法治和谐观,是科学构建和谐社会的基本前提。现代和谐,必然是法治和谐。法治和谐观就是人本、自由和谐观,矛盾、多元和谐观,理性、整体和谐观,动态、平衡和谐观。总体上说,就是以自由的秩序为核心价值追求的和谐。Establishing correct views of the rule of law in harmony are the basic precondition to build a harmonious society, and modern harmony is bound to be harmony of the rule of law. Harmonious views of the rule of law are harmonious concepts of human nature, freedom,contradiction, multielement, the sense, the macrocosm, developments and balance. As a whole, harmony is the pursuit of the core values based on free order.
