我国药事服务费项目设置分析

摘　　要：目的:分析药事服务费项目的界定,为我国开展相关调查,合理设定药事服务费提供依据。方法:通过文献法查找各国药事服务费项目的相关研究,并进行归纳分析。结果:国外药事服务费项目研究以美国最为系统和深入,其药事服务费项目主要分为技术性项目和经营性项目两类。结论和建议:我国药事服务费费可设定人员工资、药房经营和管理、药品分发和存储材料、技术性药学服务提供等项目。建议对医生和药师开展药事服务培训,并逐步扩展技术性药学服务项目。Objective：The article aims at an analysis ofthe configuration ofpharmaeeutieal dispensing fee items in order to provide a basis for fixing on accurate pharmacy dispensing fees. Method：Literature review is used to gather the relevant studies of pharmaceutical dispens- ing fees of different countries. Result：Only the studies conducted by American institutions give the details of pharmaceutical dispensing fee items which are classified for service items and overhead items. Conclusion：Four items could be considered in fixing on pharmaceutical dispensing fees in China which include staff salary, pharmacy operation and management,drug dispensing and preservation,and pharmaceutical technical service provision. Pharmacists and physicians should be trained in order to gradually extend pharmaceutical service.
