摘 要:目的研究舒络的抗脑缺血作用和对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压的影响。方法采用阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血模型,观察舒络对缺血大鼠的脑梗死范围、组织病理学和脑组织丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响;尾动脉容积法测定清醒SHR动脉收缩压(SBP)。结果大鼠缺血24h后,舒络(1.00,0.50g.kg-1,ig)能显著缩小脑梗死范围,减轻脑组织病理性损伤,并且明显降低脑组织MDA含量;舒络亦可降低SHR的SBP。结论舒络对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤具有保护作用,并能有效降低SHR血压。Objective To study the effects of shuluo on focal cerebral ischemia in rats and blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods The focal cerebral ischemia model was produced by permanent occluding the right middle cerebral artery (MCAO). The infarct area, contents of malondihyde (MDA) in cerebrum and brain histopathology were examined. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) was measured in conscious SHR by tail-cuff method. Results Shuluo ( 1.00 and 0.50 g · kg^-1 , ig) significantly decreased the infarct area and contents of MDA after MCAO for 24 h in rats. Shuluo markedly ameliorated the isehemia injury of brain tissue and decreased SBP in SHR. Conclusion Shuluo not only has protective effects on focal cerebral ischemia in rats , but also decreases the blood pressure in SHR.
