Determination of Various Species of Aluminum in Sea-buckthorn Leaf by Chemical Extractions Combined with Spectrophotometry

摘  要:利用KCl、NH4Ac、HCl、NaOH四种浸提液将沙棘叶中的铝浸提溶出,得到沙棘叶中铝的不同化学形态,采用分光光度法定量测定,测定结果:沙棘叶中的Al^3+为10.7%,Al(OH)^2+和Al(OH)2^+为2.1%,胶态Al(OH)3^0为34.3%,有机铝为53.0%。浸提液中铝的回收率为86.9%~101.0%。Using four kinds of extraction solutions, i. e. , potassium chloride, ammonium acetate, hydrochloric acid, and sodium hydroxide solutions, the various chemical species of aluminum in Sea-buckthorn Leaf were obtained. The leaching aluminum species were determined with spectrophotometry, and the percentage distribution of aluminum species in the Sea-buckthorn leaf was calculated. The fraction of Al^3+ in the total aluminum was 10.7%, AI(OH)^2+ and Al(OH)^+ was 2.1%, AI(OH)3^0 was 34.3%, and the organic aluminum was 53.0%. The recovery of aluminum was in the range of 86.9%-101.0%.
