摘　　要：用麦克斯韦方程的解,对二阶介电常数在可正可负时,进行理论推导.证明了当二阶介电常数大于零时,介质是增益的.并由此得到高斯光束的一个振幅与Z无关时,光束参数与介质参数之间存在着一定的关系.Using the solution of Maxwell＇s equations, taking theoretical derivation, the second order dielectric constant can be negative or greater than zero. Getting the medium is the gain result, and when the amplitude and Z is unrelated, beam parameters and medium parameters have certain relations.
