华航一号与特籼占13前期长势的比较

摘  要:测定了空间诱变新品种华航一号和原品种特籼占13一些酶的活性和生长前期的一些农艺形状,结果表明,华航一号叶片吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性比特籼占13高,过氧化物酶活性比特籼占13低;华航一号前期生长比特籼占13慢,根冠比比特籼占13高,华航一号与特籼占13相比具有先长根后长苗的特点,这可能是华航一号比特籼占13增产的原因之一。Several enzyme activities in the leaves were detected and several agronomic characters were investigated, of Huahang No 1 and Texianzhan 13. The results showed that IAA oxidase activity of Huahang No 1 was higher than that of Texianzhan 13, peroxidase activity of Huahang No 1 was lower than that of Texianzhan 13. The grouth of Huahang No 1 was s]ower than Texianzhan 13, and the root-shoot ratio of Huahang No 1 was higher than that of Texianzhan 13 at early grouth stage. Root grouth of Huahang No 1 was prior to seedling grouth compared with Texianzhan 13. It may be one of yield increasing causes of Huahang No 1 compared with Texianzhan 13.
