摘  要:以移栽后45 d的海南槟榔苗为材料,通过遮光处理使棚内光照强度为自然光的40%和20%,并以完全自然光照为对照,研究了槟榔苗期的叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光变化规律。结果表明:遮光处理使槟榔叶片的叶绿素含量明显增加,并使荧光参数Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/F0、Fv/Fm、qP等提高及qN、NPQ降低,其中以40%光照处理的效果最明显,说明热带地区种植槟榔,苗期全光照可能使叶片光合作用受到抑制,需要进行遮光处理且以保持40%自然光照较适宜。Characteristics of areca (Areca catechu L.) photosysthesis in seedling stage was studied. Field experiments with Hainan areea were treated with3 light treatments (40% natural light,20% natural light and natural light (CK) under shading by overshadow net ) from June to september in 2006 after transplanted 45 days. The content of chlorophyll and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Leaf in areca (A reca catechu L.) were investigated under different light treatments. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll ,minimal fluorescenee(Fo) ,maximal fluorescence(Fro) ,variable fluorescence (Fv) ,conversion efficiency of primary light energy (Fv/Fm)of PS II and photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) were all enhanced,but the non - photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) and NPQ (non-photochemical quenching ) were decreased under shading.And 40% natural light treatmemt was significantly different than other light treatmernts.the leaves of areca were possibly photoinhibitted at natural light in tropical regions, so it should be shaded ,and 40% natural light was optimal.if the light was deficiency,then ptotosysthesis of leaves were decreased.
