摘 要:采用DSC、TG热分析方法研究了聚缩水甘油硝酸酯(PolyGLYN)的热安定性和与1,3,5-三硝基-1,3,5-三氮杂环己烷(RDX)间的相容性。结果表明,PolyGLYN在100℃以前较为稳定。当加热速率趋于零时PolyGLYN的热分解峰温为196.4℃,由Ozawa法计算的热分解表观活化能为182.0 kJ.mo-l1,分别比RDX的低15.1℃和高22.2 kJ.mo-l1。PolyGLYN热稳定性与RDX接近,两者之间的相容性较好。The thermal stability of Poly ( glycidyl nitrate) (PolyGLYN) and its compatibility with 1,3, 5-trinitro-1, 3, 5- azacyclohexane (RDX) were investigated with DSC and TG thermal analysis methods. The result shows that PolyGLYN is stable below 100℃. With the heating rate approaching zero the peak exotherm on the DSC for PolyGLYN is 196.4℃ ,which is 15. 1℃ less than that of RDX,and the apparent activation energy of thermal decomposition is 182.0 kJ·mol^-1 by using the Ozawa method,which is 22.2 kJ·mol^-1 larger than that of RDX. The thermal stability of PolyGLYN is close to that of RDX,and the compatibility between them is good.
