磨钢球砂轮成型缺陷对裂纹的影响分析

摘　　要：通过测量磨钢球砂轮坯体和焙烧工序后产品各部位的体积密度，可以知道磨钢球砂轮各部位的压力大小，模具环和模具芯律与成型科摩擦对成型压力的耗散以及焙烧后各部位的烧成收缩情况，从而分析磨钢球砂轮产生径向裂纹和内孔小裂纹的主要原因。The pressure in each part of steel ball wheel, the pressur consumption becausr of rubbing of the materials against both the mould and the core as well as the shrinkage in cach part of the afte firing are obtained by measuring the green wheed and its volume density after firing, Thus the cause of radial and axial cracks of the wheel is analysed.
