摘  要:目的:研究药材人血草的显微特征、理化鉴别、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物,为制定人血草药材的质量标准提供依据。方法:采用2005年版《中国药典》规定方法。结果:人血草显微特征:表皮细胞为多角形,黄绿色,垂周壁呈念珠状增厚。理化鉴别结果:人血草药材醇提取物与生物碱试剂碘化铋钾反应生成桔红色沉淀;与碘-碘化钾试剂反应生成棕红色沉淀;与硅钨酸,反应生成灰白色沉淀。水分测定结果:人血草药材水分的平均含量为7.74%;人血草药材的总灰分平均含量为12.24%,酸不溶性灰分的平均含量为0.49%;人血草药材的醇溶性浸出物平均含量为12.88%。结论:以上人血草药材的显微特征具有显微鉴定的意义;生物碱特征显色反应可作为人血草理化鉴定指标;建议其质量标准分别控制为:水分含量≤10.00%;总灰分含量≤15.00%,酸不溶性灰分含量≤1.00%;乙醇浸提物浓度≥11.00%。Objective: Studied microscopic identification, physical and chemical identification, contents of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extracts of Stylophorum lasiocarpum (Oliv.) Fedde, which provide data for the establishment of quality standard of Stylophorum lasiocarpum (Oliv.) Fedde. Methods All methods were based on results of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2005 Edit) . Results The microscopic observation on drug samples showed that cells of epidermis were multangular and color was green, around which the droop walls were moniliform and incrassate. The extract of crude drug showed positive coloration reaction with Drogendorff reagent. The average content of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, alcoholic extract were determined as 7.74%, 12.24%, 0.49%, 12.88%, respectively. Conclusion Based on the experimental results in this paper, the quality standard of the titled crude drug was suggested as following: microscopic characteristics were shown as above; alcoholic extract show positive coloration with Drogendorff Reagent; the content of water is less than 10.00%; the content of total ash is less than 15.00%; the content of acid-insoluble ash is less than 1.00%; the content of alcoholic extract is more than 11.00%.
