摘  要:选取20只处于产蛋高峰期的蛋鸭,急性热应激处理后,用RT-PCR和Western-blot研究蛋鸭各内脏器官内热休克蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,HSP70)的表达情况。结果显示:急性热应激后内脏组织肝脏、心脏和卵巢中的HSP70 mRNA和蛋白水平的表达量无明显变化,肾脏内mRNA水平的表达量显著下降,而脾脏内mRNA和蛋白水平的表达量呈短暂下降后又恢复到原来水平。结果表明当蛋鸭遭受急性热应激时内脏器官呈现特异性反应。Twenty laying ducks were exposed under acute heat stress during the peak period of egg-laying, and the expressional patterns of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the internal organs of these ducks were examined using RT - PCR and western-blot. The result indicated that the mRNA and protein levels of HSP70 in heart, liver and ovary were not changed after acute heat stress, while the mRNA levels of HSP70 were reduced in the kidney and the mRNA and protein levels of HSP70 in the spleen were transitorily decreased but recovered after 7 h of acute heat stress. In conclusion, the expression of HSP70 in the internal organs of laying ducks showed specific responses under acute heat stress.
