稀土铝合金涂层的工业应用研究

摘　　要：针对中间油储罐的腐蚀情况,采用喷涂稀土铝合金涂层进行工业应用试验,结果证明,在G1504重污油罐、G127催化重整原料罐中使用超音速电弧喷涂的稀土铝合金涂层具有优良耐湿H2S、Cl-腐蚀的性能,采用该涂层能有效地解决中间油储罐的腐蚀问题。挂片结果表明,超音速电弧喷涂稀土铝合金涂层的质量好,孔隙率低,耐蚀性能优于铝涂层。Against the corrosion in intermediate oil storage tanks,sprayed rare-earth aluminum alloy coatings have been applied commercially.The results of application in heavy slop oil tank(G1504) and CCR feedstock tank(G127) show that the rare-earth aluminum alloy coatings of supersonic electric-arc spray have excellent corrosion resistance to H2S and Chloride ion,and the difficult problem of corrosion in intermediate oil tanks has been solved.The results of coupon test show that the rare-earth aluminum alloy coatings of supersonic electric-arc spray are good in quality,low in porosity and superior in corrosion resistance over aluminum coatings.
