摘 要:采用室内水培的试验方法,初步探讨了钙离子(0、5、15mmo·lL-)1对紫外辐射B(UV-B,280~320nm)胁迫下大豆幼苗若干生物学特性的影响。结果表明,在UV-B胁迫下,15mmol·L-1钙离子处理的大豆幼苗叶鲜重的降幅低,且其株高有所增加,POD活性降幅低,可溶性蛋白含量和SOD活性增幅高。表明钙具有缓解紫外辐射伤害大豆幼苗的效应,这同钙离子对大豆幼苗部分生理生化指标的影响有关。Under enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation(UV-B: 280-320 nm), effects of calcium on biological characteristics of soybean seedlings were investigated. The results showed that calcium alleviated the inhibition of soybean seedlings on growth under UV-B stress. The decreasing degree of leaves weight for soybean seedlings treated with 15 mmol. L^-1 calcium concentration was significantly lower than that of 5 and 0 mmol· L^-1 calcium concentration. The height of the seedlings treated with 15 mmolo L-1 calcium was promoted under UV-B stress. The decreasing degrees of POD activity for soybean seedlings treated with 15 mmol .L^-1 calcium concentration was significantly lower, whereas the increasing degrees of soluble protein content and SOD activity were higher. The experiment proved that calcium could mitigate the damage of ultraviolet-B radiation on soybean seedlings, and this effect was related to that calcium affected physiological and biological characteristics of soybean seedlings.
