摘  要:研究了光周期、温度和食料对大猿叶虫哈尔滨地理种群存活的影响。结果表明,光周期对大猿叶虫的存活率无影响,温度对大猿叶虫的各虫态的存活率有显著影响。适于大猿叶虫生长发育温度22~25℃,大于28℃的高温对大猿叶虫的生长和存活不利。食料种类对大猿叶虫完成生长发育有显著影响,在哈尔滨地区,最适于大猿叶虫生长的食料是独荇菜和雪里蕻,其次为白菜和油菜,萝卜对大猿叶虫的生长极其不利,存活率仅为7.5%。哈尔滨地理种群的大猿叶虫的食性发生了明显的分化。The effect of photoperiod, temperature and host-plant on survival rate of Colaphellus bowringi Baly in Harbin was reported. The results showed that photoperiod had no influence on survival rate of the cabbage beetle, but temperature had significantly influence on the survival rate of developmental stages of Colaphellus bowringi. The most suitable temperature for the beetle was 22-25℃, but the temperature above 28℃ was harmful to growth and development of the beetle. The kinds of host-plant had significantly effect on survival rate of developmental stages of Colaphellus bowringi. The most suitable food in Harbin area for the beetle was Lepidum sativum and Brassica jincea, then was Brassica pekinensis and Brassica napus, while Raphanus sativus was significantly harmful to it, the mortality rate of the beetle that fed Raphanus sativus was 92.5%. The feeding habits of Colaphellus bowringi in Harbin area had changed.
