摘 要:以兴高采烈、紫海银波、红珍珠3个引进的紫斑牡丹品种为试验材料,在哈尔滨冬季自然降温条件下(稳定降至-5~-10℃开始,每降5℃取样一次,至温度降到-25~-30℃),测定越冬枝条的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量及SOD活性变化。结果表明,随着温度的降低,3个品种的各项指标测定结果都有不同程度的增加,且兴高采烈和紫海银波的各项指标测定值高于红珍珠,即兴高采烈和紫海银波表现为相对较强的抗寒特性。The article used the three species of Paeonia rockii that introduced as experiment materials, they were Xinggaocailie, Zihaiyinbo and Hongzhenzhu. Lower temperature at natural conditions in winter of Harbin (when the temperature degraded at -5--10 ℃, we began to sample every 5℃ for one time, until the temperature degraded at -25--30 ℃), we determined the changes of their soluble sugar, soluble protein, Pro and SOD. The results showed that each indicators of these species had different degrees of increase, the result of Xinggaocailie and Zihaiyinbo was higher than that of Hongzhenzhu and showed colder hardiness.
