摘 要:对猪链球菌临床分离耐药株分别进行纸片扩散法和微量稀释法检测,通过对抗菌效果的比较,筛选出对耐药菌抗菌活性好的中草药,测定50种中草药的水提物和75%乙醇提取物对5株猪链球菌临床分离耐药株的体外抗菌活性。试验结果表明,50种中草药中,只有中药1和中药2的提取物对猪链球菌临床分离耐药株有较好的抑制作用,其他中草药对猪链球菌临床分离耐药株均无抑制作用。结果表明,中药1和中药2的75%乙醇提取物比水提取物抗菌活性强。The antibacterial activity of aqueous and 75% alcoholic extracts of 50 Chinese herbal medicines against 5 resistant strains of Streptococcus suis were determined in vitro by Kirby-Bauer and microdilution method. The objective was to screen the most efficient Chinese herbal medicine against resistance isolates through comparing the antibacterial effects. The results showed that only different extracts of Chinese herbal medicine 1 and Chinese herbal medicine 2 had better inhibitory action against resistant strains of Streptococcus suis, and the other extracts of Chinese herbal medicines had no inhibitory action. And the antibacterial activity of 75% alcoholic extracts of Chinese herbal medicine1 and Chinese herbal medicine 2 was better than that of aqueous extracts.
