摘  要:随着液压技术的发展和加工制造工艺的提高,新的液压元件和精度较高的液压集成辅件不断地推向市场。这些新技术的应用正促使液压系统向着结构紧凑,安装便捷等方面发展。对此针对原ZDY1900S钻机操纵台和泵站做出了改进设计,其中主要应用了插装阀和集成油路块技术。With the development of hydraulic technology and the improvement of processing and manufacturing technologic, and new hydraulic components and higher precision hydraulic manifold accessories are continuously integrated to the market, the application of these new technologies makes the hydraulic system towards the development trend of compact structure, convenient installation, etc. , for this, the control platform and pumping station of ZDY1900S drilling is designed to improve, the technology of sandwich valve and manifold block is mainly applied.
