摘　　要：立井井筒延深后,采用传统的用旧绳带新绳一次性更换全绳的方法,在提升机的载重量、载重差超标情况下,已不能满足提升机安全运行的要求。我矿通过方案比较,在一次性更换全绳的基础上,采取在新绳没换完前收掉一部分旧绳的方法,取得了明显的效果,不仅缩短了施工时间,工作量也大为降低。Shaft extension, the traditional method to replace completely new rope by the old as a time at the conditions of overload and poor carrying capacity of hoist could not meet the hoist requirements of safe operation. In Renlou Coal Mine, by compared the projects, on the basis of replacing entire rope at a time, the method to take in a part of the old rope before the swap of new rope finished has been achieved remarkable results, not only to shorten the construction period but also to reduce greatly the workload.
