水蛭对狼疮性肾炎患者血浆内皮素和可溶性白介素-2受体的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨水蛭对狼疮性肾炎患者血浆内皮素(ET)、可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)的影响。方法将44例狼疮性肾炎患者随机分为常规激素治疗组(20例)及常规治疗加水蛭干预组(24例),观察治疗前后ET及sIL-2R水平的变化情况及对相关生化指标的影响。另设20例健康体检者为健康对照组。结果治疗前狼疮性肾炎患者血浆ET、sIL-2R水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.01),治疗后两者水平均显著改善(P<0.05),且水蛭干预组优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白均显著改善(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上加用水蛭能更有效地改善狼疮性肾炎患者血浆ET、sIL-2R水平,从而减轻肾组织的损害。Objective To investigate the effect of hirudo on endothelin （ET） and soluble interleukin-2 receptor （slL-2R） in systemic lupus nephritis（IN）. Methods Forty four patients with LN were randomly divided into routine treatment group （20 cases） and hirudo treatment group （24 cases）. The level of ET and sIL-2R were mea sured before and after the treatment. Results The levels of blood serum ET and sIL-2R levels in patients with LN were higher that that in normal control group before the treatment （ P 〈0.01 ）. After therapy, the level of ET and sIL-2R improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and hirudo treatment group was better than routine treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. The serum albumin and 24 h urine protein improved obviously in both two treatment groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but no statistical significance intra-groups . Conclusion Combination routine treatment and hirudo therapy could improe the serum ET and sIL-2R levels in LN,which resulted in lessen the injury of renal tissues.
