摘 要:本文报导了采用声发射技术进行压力容器在线监测和安全评定的方法,给出了高压乙烯球罐、120m^3液氨和氩气球罐等典型案例的检测方案和检测数据。检验结果表明,水压试验和在线监测交替进行是声发射检测较合理的搭配;声发射在线监测,既不影响生产,又可保证容器的安全使用和延长容器开罐检验周期,可为用户带来较高的经济社会效益。Acoustic emission(AE) on-line monitoring and assessment technique for metallic pressure vessels is reported. The testing programs and testing data are given for some typical cases,such as high pressure-ethylene spherical tank (120m3) .liquidized ammonia spherical tank(120m3),argon gas spherical tank(120m3)and etc. . The testing results show that alternately conducting AE hydraulic test and AE on-line monitoring is a better method. Due to that AE on-line monitoring is not only intrusive for the production.but also it can be able to insure the safety and to extend the service period of time for the pressure vessels having been tested, which can being a rather high economic benefits and social benefits for user.
